Week 3 (Mexico Training Center)

Hi mom!

    I am glad dad is doing better and I hope you get better too!  That is awesome that you and Kishele talked, that sounds like lots of happiness. You should definitely send me pictures of all the Christmas decorations!!!!!! I would love to see that!!!!! So did the people send the boxes to the CCM? That is what it sounds like but just wanted to clarify. Love you whole bunches of bunches!!!! 

   Just wanted to say also that I feel like I have been making a lot of progress and improvements. I have been working on my pride and I really feel like the Lord is helping me with that. The past two lessons with one of our teacher investigators were struggles and Hermana Swan and I struggled to get a good lesson planned for her.    Yesterday was really discouraging before the lesson, but Hermano Hernandez talked to us and helped us to figure out what we needed to do. Hermana Swan also asked if he would join our lesson and be a "member" in our lesson. The lesson turned out great actually! It was really great and I feel like both Hermana Swan and I were able to ask inspired questions and really figure out what the progress of the investigator was. Having Hermano Hernandez in the lesson was a great idea. I am learning a lot and I can feel my testimony growing. Tuesday night after the devotional during our District Devotional Review I bore my testimony on one of the points and I felt like they weren't my own words. They just kept coming from somewhere but I believed every word I said. It was kind of awesome. I am loving it here! I don't think I have changed so much in such a short period of time. I feel like this is the right place for me and I know that I can bring a message that will bless so many lives.
